Once again I'm late...but I have also had a hard time getting in touch with ANY one from DNI. They don't respond...but it never takes them long to cash my HOA check. |

She has hung up on me twice! I spoke to my lawer and he told me that if they are not doing everything in the contract then they are in violation, and not to pay your dues. This is what I am doing. If they want to fight me then lets dance, my dad is my lawer! It will not cost me a penny. |

Any update on 2008 HOA dues? I have not received my bill yet...and of course...no one from DNI answers their phone. |

Wow... I stumbled across your forum and it has only confirmed everything I have already experienced with DNI and Lisa in my subdivision in Fenton.
I will never understand how a person like this is managing so many communities. The very first time I left a message to speak to her, it only took three weeks for her to call me back only after I had to escalate the situation to her supervisor, Janet.
Besides the unprofessional treatment of the residents, she also has a knack for sweeping things under the rug if it does not show her or her company in a favorable light.
She tried to get me on an alleged indenture violation with charges and fines totaling $550.00. Later, I schooled her on her job and why she was wrong at a trustee meeting in front of other neighbors. Eventually she had to eat the $550.00. My requested time and subject matter was never documented in the minutes of the meeting.... guess who was recording the minutes?
Soon afterwards in another strange coincidence, I received a parking violation from Lisa that I am fighting right now. I guess she was so upset that she has to pick my lot apart for violations. The problem for her is that selective enforcement is illegal. If she keeps it up it wont be long before we have her and her company in court .
Anyway, If you think your neighborhood is bad, take at look at ours;
