Hi, I don't remember when we go the bill but I paid it on January third.

Thanks. After calling a few times, I finally got a hold of someone. I found out, that although I had not gotten my bill...I was tagged as being "deliquent". I asked them several times to check the address they had on file for me.

Come to find out...they had my address wrong, so I never received my bill. Which was really weird since they have had my correct address for the last two years. Although they admitted to having the wrong address on file for me, they suggested that I still might owe the late-fee.

She had to talk to the board to get that fee removed. More reason why I love my home owners association. Smile
