Hi there everyone and happy holidays and Merry Christmas.

My name is Julius and we moved in here October of last year. My wife, Carol, and my son, lives here during the summers, but hopefully full time soon Laughing

Just wanted to say hi to everyone on the board and Chris, I know it was written in here already, but nice job on the boards, I think if we can get the majority to use it, we will all be much better off!
